Yo, I'm Mike. More a climber than anything else, but I also surf, jump, and ride cross country too. I've been adventure racing, competing in surfing and XC for the last four years. I'm a bit of a screwball about personal fitness really. I run three sites:

I've been more of a boulderer than a climber recently, but you just can't beat a good gritstone slab! I used to be the president of the Uni of Hertfordshire climbing club (for the second year in a row - more fool me), and I've finished a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Don't really know what I want to do with the rest of my life - I wouldn't mind opening a bike shop and living in Madeira or Norway though.
